I am an assistant professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Memorial University, in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Before that I worked at Pennsylvania State University and the University of North Carolina, and before that I studied at Duke University under the supervision of Hubert Bray.

My current research is focused on the application of geometric and topological methods to spectral theory stability problems in multiple dimensions, with a particular emphasis on fluid flows and reaction–diffusion equations. More details can be found on my research page.

I am currently seeking graduate students, at both the M.Sc. and Ph.D. level.
